How do I set up an email signature in my emails?

Email signature will not display?

  • For some reason my email signature has stopped displaying in all of my outgoing emails. I properly set up my email signature some time ago and it has worked fine until recently it just stopped displaying. I triple checked all of my setting - the signature still shows on the set up page, the box is checked to include the signature in all outgoing emails, my company logo is viewabloe on the set up signature page. When I compose an email - their is no signature and the checkbox does not display to let me include or exclude the signature in the email. Please help?!

  • Answer:

    Perhaps its simply not displaying in the composition portion of the mail page, and is later appended to your RichText or HTML mail. Try sending yourself a mail note and see if it actually is being sent just not displayed when composing.
