How can you make a small picture bigger without being blury. Can anybody tell me some programs for it or websites. I have a small picture thats about 114x170 and i want to make it into 456x680 without looking blury. So if anybody has any programs or websites that u might know. plz let me know. I'm sorry, but that just isn't possible. If a pic is small to begin with, any enlargement will let it appear pixelated.
