How can I change my avatar into another picture other then a Yahoo avatar?

How do I change my regular Yahoo avatar into another picture without using the other avatars like the 360?

    put ur picture in ur 360 account & set as primary click here http://360.yahoo.com/ then in Answers profile click the button "use my 360 picture" or if u want Yahoo avatar u can make / edit / change / customize ur avatar's appearance by changing its face, eyes, hairstyle & clothing just click here: http://avatars.yahoo.com/ goodluck ^_^

Go to the member center home page and click "change" by your avatar at the top of the page

You have to load the picture into Yahoo360 and use it from there. There is no other way.
