How do I delete incoming e-mails that are no longer needed?

How to delete a large section of emails at once (not wanted to delete ALL emails at once as answer already?

  • Want to delete large section of emails at once (example Jan - June dated emails). Don't want to delete all emails at one time. Can I set my account to automatically delete emails after 6 months?

  • Answer:

    hit the control key while checking the ones you want deleted. then when the selected ones are all checked, hit the delete button.

DELETE EMAILS: Go through the first page of emails and check the box next to each one you wish to delete. Go to the top of the page and click the Delete button. Do the following pages also.
