How do I change the time stamp when emails are received or sent to me?

how do I change the time zone when emails are received? I"m receiving emails that does not list the actual time sent or received but some other time and I'd like to know the actual time the emails are being sent to me.

From Yahoo Mail, click on My Account, click Edit under Member Information, select the time zone under General Preferences, then click Finished :)
