How can I get my screen back to normal it is really big?

How can i get my yahoo e-mail back to smaller text the page is to big and does not fit on the screen?

    INCREASE OR DECREASE THE FONT SIZE: With a page open, click View from the Internet Explorer toolbar. From the drop down menu, put the arrow on Text Size. From the next menu, select the Font Size you want. ( Largest to Small). If your first selection is not the one you want, repeat the steps above.
