How do I set time on yahoo?

How do I set Queensland time-zone on Yahoo?

I want my Yahoo pages and email to show the correct time for my time-zone. I try to edit the time-zone in "Account Settings", by clicking on "Set language, site, time zone". That lets me choose from many time-zones, but only offers ONE choice for Eastern Australia, "GMT +10:00 Australia (ET)". That sounds good, as I AM in GMT +10, so of course I select it. BUT... it sets me up with Sydney time, which is GMT +11 in the summer (daylight saving time), and is NOT my Queensland time. Can somebody please tell me how to set Queensland time? Yahoo Help can't/won't help; when I explain the problem in detail, including step-by-step and all links, they send a reply asking for detail, step-by-step, with links: exactly what I already sent them. I can only gather they don't want to help.

At the bottom left in your Taskbar double click on your clock and you can change the time zone in there Have a great day Jess :)
