At Yahoo!'s homepage scroll down the sidebar until you see the More Yahoo! Services link. Click it. When the list appears click Y!Spain. This will take you to Yahoo!'s Spanish homepage. Be aware that the might be a preponderance of news and stuff related to things in Spain, but this is the best you can do with what's available.
