WHY CANT I VIEW ALL OF MY EMAILS? I HAVE OVER 100 AND CAN ONLY SEE 5, HOW CAN I CHANGE THIS. I WANT TO SEE ALL?

yesterday I couldnt get mail at all, now it seems to be in an abbreviated form, Im fed up, I had 215,000 emails, got it down to 873 ant to delete them too and get off all my listservs that I dont need, cant see all my mail, really hate this, this is slowin me way down
