How do I get avatar picture on MSN Messenger?

I can now get my picture instead of an avatar on 360, & on messenger, but not my email. How do I do that?

I have not been able to change my avatar on my email acct w/ yahoo. Can that be done, and if so, HOW????????

http://360.yahoo.com Open a 360* and upload pics there. In edit info of the profile post one.
