How do I Add/Delete Folders?
-
Your Pop-Up Ads on the extreme Right Side of the Screen is Blocking me from accessing my Options Button Read out or the Help Button Readout. The Ad is placed too high up so that I can't read what I need to do. I am trying to Add and Delete Folders and when I try to Click on the Folders Button or the Add Button nothing happens except that I get a lot of Untitled Folders. And when I click on the Un- titled Folders I get nothing. I am trying to Add about 2-3 Folders to my Folders List on the Bottom Left side. Tell me what I need to do now. There is no "Edit" Button and I have already tried to hit to the Right of the Add Button as well as try to get to my Options Butt.on / Help Button.

Answer:
NEW ONE When on your email page open up the email or place a check mark in the box to the left of it....then click on MOVE (located just above the text area)....this will open up your present list...if you have one...in any case the first one should be [new folder]...click on that and you will get a box where you can title your new folder and then click on OK...this will place that email in your new folder.....once you have done that that folder will always be located in MOVE...if you receive something that you want in a folder ...click on MOVE...then click on which folder you want it to go to and it automatically goes there.... You can also click on ADD. This brings up the box when you can create a new name...click on OK. This will place a new folder name that will be visible when you click on MOVE. When you open up the email follow the above instructions. DELETE FOLDERS MAIL CLASSIC Click on EDIT just to the right "My Folders". All of your folders will be displayed with a DELETE option following each one. ALL NEW MAIL RIGHT click on the folder you wish to delete and a REMOVE option will be available. +++++++++++++++++++++ In both Mail Classic and All New Mail...... You can also open the folder up by clicking on it and then, when displayed, will have a delete option for all the names (place a check mark in the FROM box at the top on the left side) or to delete some of the names place a check mark in the box to the left of the name you want to delete prior to clicking on DELETE.
