How do you change your yahoo answers account name?

How can I change my yahoo name? (the Hi,_____ part?)?

  • I went to account info and went to edit profile details but whe i look at the top left corner of my yahoo answers it stil says the same name how do i change the Hi, _____ part? HELP!

CHANGE GREETING NAME 1. Click on your "Hi" or Hello name and select on "Account Info" to open your Account Information Page. 2. Enter your password again for verification. 3. Click on Edit/Create Profiles in the right panel, under your Yahoo ID. 4. Click on Create New Profile. 5. Create a display name the you would like to appear in your profile. This will be your "Hello" Name at the top of your Email page. The name you create must be a single word with no spaces and must begin with a letter, no symbols. 6. Click "Finished Editing."
