How do I create my own Avatar picture?

How to create an avatar from your picture?

  • I would like to make an avatar of myself based on a picture. I don't want to pay for this. Where can I do that? Is there a free online service or free program or filter that I can use?

  • Answer:

    Just use MS paint to shrink your picture to the size required for an avatar (usually 400x400 pixels) You don't need to pay money for it. Thats all I did and as you can see, it works.
