HOW DO I SET YAHOO AS MY DEFAULT EMAIL IN WINDOWS 7?

I HAVE WINDOWS 7 OPERATING SYSTEM AND CAN NOT LOAD THE IE8 VERSION FOR YAHOO. HOW CAN I MAKE YAHOO AS MY DEFAULT EMAIL?
