How to make yahoo mail open directly to Inbox?

How so I make Yahoo mail inbox home page?

  • I want the yahoo mail box to open first in Firefox and in safari. Need the step by step procedure for both

  • Answer:

For any browser 1. Navigate to the page you wish to use. If it is a mail page, do NOT sign in. 2. Go to Tools, then Options (or Internet Options). In Chrome, it's the wrench, not Tools. 3. Select the first tab or section (Main or General). 4. Select the option 'Use Current' page. (In Firefox, can also "Use Bookmark'.) OR drag the icon to the Home button (looks like a house) and drop it there. OR type in the url address completely - http://www.*****.com 5. Confirm. In Firefox, Click on Tools and select Options from the menu. From here, the process is the same. If you’re on the page you want as your home page, select Current Pages. Otherwise, type in the URL for the page you want. You can also click the Use Bookmark button, and select one of your bookmarks as your home page. Sorry, but I do not have a step-by-step for Safari, but the general steps should work for it too.

Its quite easy. I have my home page set to my mail but not inbox. Set your homepage as www.yahoomail.com Go to yahoomail.com and login but select the keep me logged in option. After this whenever you open your FIREFOX, you would be able to see your homepage as your mail box. This is because FIREFOX will open Yahoomail and yahoomail will automatically sign you in.
