• Answer:

  The Action Bar is the little toolbar, with several icons, that is located directly under your qpen questions. Depending on what you need it for----hover over the icons to identify their action---such as "add more details"--or "edit question"--or delete or etc.etc. Once the time limit expires and a question has been closed to any more answers---that action bar disappears.
