How to add a graphic signature to outgoing mails?

How do I scan my business card into a file that I can then add as a signature to all my outgoing e-mails?

  • I think it's pretty clear. I would like to scan my business card and then display it in like a banner style to add as a signature to all of my outgoing e-mails. Can anyone help? Thanks.

  • Answer:

If you got the scanner business taken care of, go to your first page start-up on yahoo mail, now look around at the top of the page. There should be three links that say 'mail for mobile' 'mail upgrades', and 'options'. You click options. Scroll down and there's a place that says 'Signature',. You can edit there but I'm sure as to what your suppose to do next. Years ago, you would have to pay to add picture. There's a solution though. Try uploading your business card to a photo hosting place that host ONLY files. Such as, http://www.ripway.com/ It's your own account and privacy and you can upload what you want without anyone seeing your business,. And to plus that, they give you exactly what you need. A link and HTML code to place whenever you need your picture on another website! So when you go to your signature on yahoo, just take the HTML code or picture code (whatever works) for the picture on rip-way and insert it on yahoo siggie and see what happens. I'm not 100% sure this will work but from the looks of yahoo, it sure looks like it would.
