How do you add a personal picture to your yahoo account instead of an avatar?

I want to add a picture of me rather then of an avatar...how do you do that!?

you hav to be specific, yahoo answers, yahoo mail, yahoo messenger,.there are so many. some you can add personal pictures like yahoo messenger, and some you cannot like yahoo mail.
