Why can't I create a screen name?

Create aim screen name?

• right now my screen name is a line from a song, and i've had it for at least 4 years. i want a screen name being my name. but my NAME as a screen name without numbers is already in use. it's ridiculous bc i am italian and my last name is not common at all. my first name is adam. lets say i want my screen name adam doe. how can i make this work so its not in use? I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING, please help. no numbers at all.

  well if it's in use, it's in use. you cant change it.. now you can try to ask the user to maybe borrow it, because somepeople (like me) use the sn for a month and then they never touch it again, they make a new one.. so u never know if watever the sn u want is reeeeely in use... so ya, or else u always have the chance to just make a new one up. if you want ideas, ask on this thingy... but make sure u give ur age so peeps will know a good appropriate age level for you good luck!
