Get text message alerts from Yahoo Mail?

Is it possible to receive a text message from yahoo mail every time I receive a new email message? I've read it's possible, but I cannot figure it out...... Thank you

Visit http://mobile.yahoo.com/mail and type in your mobile number. This number will be used to send you an SMS text message that includes a link explaining how to access Yahoo! on your mobile device. Click on the link and follow the directions to get Yahoo! for mobile. Carrier charges may apply.
