How do I set the time received on my email? It is time stamping 4 hours ahead.?

When I receive an email it is time stamped as being received 4 hours ahead of the time the sender said he sent it. What do I do to fix it?

On your mail page click options Then mail options click account settings on the left go to language settings Time zone Set everything according to your preferences & click finish*
