How do I send someone an e-mail when I have their address?

How can i delete my name from showing up next to my email address, when i send someone an email?

  To edit your name on emails being sent... 1). Log into your Yahoo! Email account 2). Upper right corner, click on Options 3). Click General Preferences under Management. 4). Name and Email Section change the From name: (This name will appear on the From line of outgoing mail.) Enter the name as you would like it to appear. 5). Click Save.
