How do i add a picture instead of avatar??

i seen people with a picture where they avatar belongs,my question is how do i add any picture where avatar goes i wanna add one that better suites me? and can i add a picture of my self if i wanted too.? the person with the most clear and understanding answer will get 10 points. thanks in advance.

Go to yahoo 360,Make an account,Go to your page,Click "edit personal photos",Upload a picture from your desktop,Then go back here,Go to your profile,Then edit your profile,And under avatar click "use my 360 picture"

Santa gave you great instructions :) You can also alter your avatar photo size on your computer. Click on photo to "edit", then click "image", then "stretch/skew". Changing and saving the horizontal/vertical to 200x400 will produce a result similar to mine.
