How do you make a set of pictures change each time you click refresh, and each picture have different link?

What I mean is each tim e you click refresh a different picture shows up, each with a different link. I would like it better if the pictures changed on their own without refreshing the page. if you go to this page here http://roughkut.com/ you will see how each time you click refresh the picture changes with a link for that specific picture. Please someone help!!!!! Thanx
