How do I make an avatar for my yahoo answers account?

You don't have to download anything unless your computer is way behind. Just click your name where it says "Hello 'your name here'", go to edit my preferences, and then Update My Photo or Avator. Then, you should be able to go from there.

1st one for a pic, second for an avatar. Click on view my profile. Double click on your picture or avatar where it says change your picture.Box opens with options to upload a picture. Upload the picture from your computer, select it and you are done. Go to edit my preferences at the top right of your home page. You will see a grey smiley marked get my avatar now. Click that and you can create your avatar on the page that opens. Make sure your pulse is not set to private as that stops it from appearing,
