How to change the time stamp on outgoing/incoming e-mail?

The time stamp on my email is off i need to change from pacific to eastern time and my computer is set at est?

    !.right click on clock icon down on taskbar 2.on popup click on adjust date/time,,,this will bring your clock settings box onto the screen 3.click on the time zone tab at top of box,in the bar window at top of box make sure this is showing "(GMT-5.00)Eastern time US-Canada 4 click apply-ok closing the clock settings

If you do as the other answerer said to do, good answer if your computer clock is not showing correct time you will simply be changing the time on your computer and not yahoo. Yahoo is pacific time or something like that and can't be changed other then to figure the 2-3 hrs difference in time zones.
