How do you send graphics?

Why can't I send an e-mail with graphics, picutres, or a background?

• I create my own letter backgrounds. If I have to send something to someone who primarily uses Yahoo, I put a note on the bottom of the letter stating, "Since you use Yahoo, no graphics for you. Only TEXT!" No backgrounds, no colored text, not even a smiley (that isn't approved by Yahoo, appearantly.) I know Yahoo is free to use, but they just sent me their introductory letter for the beta mail, and it had colorful graphics. They were pastel, but colorful. Why can't we show a little color and art in our mail? And I'm not asking Yahoo to set us up so we can CREATE them on their web mail program, just that so I can make and send them to my yahoo friends from my mail creator program, (I use Incredimail) and they get more than plain B&W text.

  Cut & Paste. That's all. If you can't directly paste on the Yahoo! Mail thing where you type and everything, just open Paint or something and make an image and put the text you want and everything. Then save, select, cut and paste in the message. It's actually pretty easy since you can paste just about anything in Paint. Paste your background in Paint, then select the little letter, select the area where you want to write, choose the font and everything, write and voila! Your picture is ready. Now just click on the rectangle (the top one that's made of points) and select the picture. Then right-click on it, click "Copy" or "Cut" if you want, and then turn to your message and right-click on the composing box and select "Paste". There you go! Was it that difficult? And you could always attach a file to your message.
