Is there any way to change the military time display in yahoo mail ?

I hate trying to figure out when someone sent me an email. I would prefer a standard time display. Can I change it somehow? And what time zone is this military time showing from. Whenever I convert it to real time it just doesn't figure.

Answer:
This because it is preset by Yahoo for pacific time where their servers are located. I don't beleive you can change it. If it can be done I hope someone will answer here with the info.
