How to make my picture visible on my Yahoo! Answers profile?

How do I make an avatar I see on everyone's profile picture for Yahoo! Answers?

    Your avatar can be a cartoon or a photo. Go to your Yahoo Answers profile at http://answers.yahoo.com/my-activity/edi%E2%80%A6 Click on "update photo or avatar" and a small window will open. To add a new "photo" avatar click on "add photo". To add a cartoon avatar click on "customize avatar". Create one and return. [Note: "Customize avatar" opens a new tab or window with http://avatars.yahoo.com ] Select the photo you want to use. After clicking "use selected photo" be sure to click "submit" Note: If you want an animated avatar you must upload it to Twitter. Then go to Yahoo Pulse or Profile and link to Twitter. In about 24 hours the avatar will become a choice. ʎəɿʞɹɐq  ̊ ͜͡● ̊
