How do you change your avatar if it is a boy?

When I was making my avatar, I accidently picked boy, and I do not know how to change it to a girl.?

    Click on your avatar and then click on the word 'preference' up top left (above the tabs for appearance and apparel etc). There is a choice there to let you change your avatars gender. Will let you start again from scratch Good luck
