How do I create an automatic signature to use at end of e-mails?

    go to ur mail account Click Options upper-right Under “Management”, click Signature. Click either plain text or Color & graphics (above the text area) Choose which font u’d like to use Now, type ur signature in the text area. Check the box "Add signature to all outgoing messages" goodluck ^_^
