How do I change my name that shows up on my emails in yahoo?

How do I change my name on my Yahoo mail account so when I send emails it shows my new name?

• I got married earlier this year, and now that I have changed my last name, I want to change that on my email as well. I was signed in, then went to the Yahoo homepage and clicked on where it said my name, then changed my last name and clicked Finished. Then I went into my email and sent an email to another account I have just to test it, and it still shows my old name in the "From" part. Do I need to change my name somewhere else, or does it take some time for it to update itself?

Under “Management”, click General Preferences. 3. Right at the top, in the “From name:” type in the name you want to show. 4. Click Save to put your new settings into effect. For “yahoo mail classic” 1. Click Options in the upper-right corner of your Yahoo! Mail page. 2. Click mail options. 3. Click general preferences>type in the name you want to show in your mail. 4. Click Save to put your new settings into effect.
