Answer:
To change the language setting: Hover mouse over your username "Hi, (your name)" at the top of your Mail page. Click on 'Acount Info' from the drop-down menu. Re-enter your password. Click 'Edit' to the right of 'Member Information'. In the General Preferences category, click the 'Preferred Content' link. Click the 'Finished' tab when done.
