It truly depends on the account you are using. Edit your question and let us know who your service provider is (Hotmail, Yahoo, etc) Most of times you will need to look for "options" and from there you will see the signature option

Under Mail Options when you are reading your email. Scroll down to where it says signature and put what you want. HOpe this helps!

You can't do an actual signature in Script on Yahoo mail. You have to copy and paste one.
