just open a new account, and give every one your new name and delete or keep the old one

You can add a second email address name to your current account now. Just go to your email account and follow prompts to add 2nd one . When you send emails just click on the link arrow by your current email name and the second one will appear to click it to show that name. You then can still keep both together so you can get mail coming into the same account and you don't have to check another .

It depends on if you want only one email addy. You can't delete the yahoo email but it will go away in time if you don't log in and use it (i think a month-3 months). Create another account and use that one. I have a professional hotmail account and a yahoo personal account.

Actually you can do both. You can keep your email AND add a new email to your account. Every yahoo email account has the option of creating a second email account, which can include a period. So if your name is Jane Smith, you can create another email account [email protected] go to your email, and look around the top. You should see a link that tells you, you can create a second email account.

Keep your current account and just open another. They do not limit you to just one. I have several Yahoo e-mail accounts and several Google g-mail accounts that I use for different purposes. MOST people do the same thing.
