Can I change my user name under my picture?

I cant change my user name or picture.whats up?

Often when i get bored on yahoo i change my name and my pic.I want to go back to my old name and keep it.Since last nite i cant do it.When i go to edit my preferences as normal and then to change name and then to change pic or avatar it changes it ok but when i press submit it stays on the old one. Anybody else getting this problem.?Have yahoo changed how it works?

  Theres the save button that saves the photo after you upload it and it shows up on your avatar. Then there's the save button way far down the page, that saves your entire profile page.. including your new avatar. Im not sure if you did both spots or not. I did all this last night and it changed. I did it just now...the photo chg'd /its saved on my profile..but its still the old one here on Y!A. I go back to the profile. The new pic is there still. So its not working right. I dont know on the name..as I havent tried that lately Edit.. After I posted this answer. The new one showed up here arggh Maybe log off and log in . Or see if your neighbor has jumper cables LOL
