go to your 360 page.... download the picture that you want to display onto that page... then go into your yahoo answers info.... choose the option to use your 360 picture... and that should work...

Create a 360 page, import some photos on your computer, and select whatever photo you like to be your avatar. There's an option for this under "Edit my personal photos" and "Set as primary."
