How do I add Yahoo Local to My Yahoo homepage?

How can I block a dating add from appearing on my BT Yahoo homepage?

I have an ADChoice window on my BT Yahoo homepage on which a website called WildDatez.com/Mature, keeps showing me pictures of mature women. I have been told by BTY that I cannot get rid of the ADChoice window. Can I block its very annoying content?
