How do I delete or remove my profile from yahoo?

How can I delete Yahoo Pulse?

I clicked on it trying to find a friends email. I want nothing to do with Pulse (or Facebook) and don't want to have a profile. How can I entirely remove my Yahoo Pulse account? I am offended that there isn't an option in the preferences. Do I need to delete my entire Yahoo account and go to Gmail or what? It seems like it might be the only way.

Your Yahoo! Pulse account is created automatically when you sign up to Yahoo in general, for example, by signing up to Yahoo! Answers. This means you would have to delete your whole Yahoo account to delete your Pulse one. You can delete your account here: https://edit.yahoo.com/config/delete_user

You delete yahoo plus by going to the favorites then add and edit then thats right next to it . And after that you click on the x in the right corner of the box. Sorry its a short answer but I really have to go. Bye!!! Good luck!! =)
