How to restore contacts and e-mail from a former yahoo address?

While I was away something happened to my old e-mail address and I couldn't get in. I opened a new account but would like my contact list back and also any e-mails I would have received during the period from June 24,2010 until Aug.8, 2010. My old e-mail was [email protected] and my new account is [email protected]
