How do i import/export contacts of yahoo mail in my windows app?

I want to import contacts to my outlook and then if contacts does not exist in yahoo then create new contacts in yahoo mail. Is there any API like google Contact API.

Answer:
Open you email address and follow these processes: a. By the right hand corner click on the import/export address b. Select import or Export from provision below c. Choose either Microsoft Outlook or Yahoo! CSV (I recommend Yahoo! CRS to save on your computer d. Click on the corresponding instruction: EXPORT (or IMPORT as may be applicable) e. Pop message comes up either open or save in your computer. You are by now export your entire address book to your computer. You use the same process on import of the data you save to another email account. Good luck. YAShuaib
