I lost my green arrows and my toolbar and browser bar

Try any of these methods, in order, to fix the toolbar back the way you want it. 1. Try clicking F11 in case the browser was closed with the Toolbar minimized. Then go to View > Toolbars > Menu Bar and click it to put a check mark so it stays visible. 2. Use the keyboard shortcut Alt + V at the same time to get to 'View', then open the Toolbars section. Check-mark the ones you need. 3. OR ... Hover the cursor over an open space near the top of the address section (the 'http://www.**** part) Right-click and you will get a drop down list with a bunch of toolbar entries. Just click the ones you want to check-mark them . Menu Bar means File, Edit, View, Tools ... Navigation Bar means the Back and Forward arrows, Refresh and the main address - YOU NEED THIS! If you have extra tool-bars installed, they will usually show in the View list, or the right-click list. Check the ones you want to have showing.

All of the below require a RIGHT click on an open space to the right of HELP on the top of your screen FIREFOX There should be a check mark to the left of NAVIGATION TOOLBAR...if not just click on it to place it there. INTERNET EXPLORER (other than IE8) There should be a check mark left of STANDARD BUTTONS INTERNET EXPLORER 8 Click on CUSTOMIZE....then ADD/REMOVE....click on RESET ++++++++++++++ When accessing the above information make sure there is a check mark to the left of the toolbar that is missing. You can get it there by clicking on that particular toolbar.
