How do I switch back to the original Yahoo page format?

How do I switch my address book back to Classic from the new format?

  • I cannot find the "Yahoo Classic Address Book" format. An answer on the answer page tells me to switch back to classic but I cannot find any link to do that.

  • Answer:

Yahoo updated and reformatted the Contact (Address)page and (currently) won't allow us to return to the previous format. It's the same in either New Mail or Classic Mail. All the Contact information and functions are still there---just moved around some----so you'll have to look carefully, and you'll find them all.

We can't. That is until Yahoo allows us the "Original" format. Here's what Yahoo says about it: Yahoo answer to going back Yahoo! Mail > Original Yahoo! AT&T Yahoo also says we cannot switch back to the original "Classic" AT&T Yahoo says that Yahoo reformatted the design completely. It sure is confusing. Actually, it is more than that, it is virtually unusable, especially for someone visually impaired. We need to let Yahoo know.Contact Yahoo. Front page at bottom "Send Feedback". Yahoo has said that is where you let them know about reactions to their changes. We all hate the new format. It is unusable. Maybe it is ok for social networking or cell phones, but it isn't ok for all of the rest of us who use email on a daily basis. I also have many businesses, parts-people, and others that can only be contacted by email. Since I have no idea of their first names, this is actually absurd. Go back, Yahoo. We cannot afford to lose all the information we have stored in the contacts information pages. Let Yahoo know. "Send feedback"
