How can I make contact list without any one can get the e-mail addresse of the ones on this list?

I want to establish a contact list, but i do not want any of their e-mails to show??? i have seen people sending me e-mails and in the To box it is their e-mail and no one e-mail is showing ? i kind of like it, any one can help ?

Answer:
set them up as a group and then put the group in the bcc section and on the TO: line write your email address
