Print contacts list?

I need specific instructions on printing my entire list of contacts and e-mail addresses. I see the "contacts" folder between trash and calander. When I click on it my contacts are listed on a left side panel. I still con not figure out WHAT to do from there.

Answer:
click on 'options' on the top right hand corner of the screen. choose 'contacts options' (last on the list in left-hand column). click on 'address book options' (3rd in left hand column). on right hand side of screen, select 'print address book'. select as desired.
