How to Import PST file?

I have a PST file of Office XP. Now I want to import this file into outlook 2002. But I am getting error. How to import?. I think there is problem with version mismatch.I read on google but problem could not solve.

Answer:
PST has two format: ASCII and UNICODE. So MS-Outlook 2002 does not support UNICODE format. You need to create a pst file in ASCII format in order to open it in Outlook 2002. Follow Steps with Outlook XP: 1. Open Outlook 2. File -> New -.> Outlook Data File 3. Choose Outlook 97-2002 Personal pst. 4. Import all email in newly created pst file. Then you can use this pst file outlook 2002.
