How to transfer a large number of cc: email addresses received in Classic email to Contact List and Group?
-
I received an email in Yahoo Classic that has about a hundred cc: email contacts in it that I would like to easily add to my Contact list and into a Contact Group without having to retype them all. Is this possible? Thank you.

Answer:
There is no way to do this quickly - I just tried adding a group of about 50 yesterday. But there is a way around it, and it works quickly. Copy the entire contact list to a Notepad document and 'Save as ...' with a title appropriate to the group. No need to set up a Contact group - when you need to e-mail all of them, address a mail to yourself, and copy and paste their addresses into the BCC field. Yahoo has set a limit of 100 names at a time (including yours) with only 50 to the same domain (eg. @yahoo.com)
