Answer:
if you are using the all new yahoo mail,go under options in the right habd side of the page.go to import contacts.enter your yahoo password,then you will come to a terms and conditions screen.agree of course,then fill out your info.if you are successful,then your contacts will be imported. in some cases,it does take 24 hours for the change to occur.
