How do i find someones full name using thier street address?

ive tried reverse adress search and i dont think theyre listed cause theyre listed- or at least they didnt come up on the yellowpages or superapges. i know the persons first name, and street address with apartment number, but i dont remember thier last name (this is a very old friend of mine im trying to reconnect with- im not a stalker, sorry to dissapoint) how can i use thier address to find thier name? i also konw what college the person graduated from, the previous state they lived in (but NOT Thier previous adress) and where they currently work. serious answers only please thanks

I know that Dex Online has a reverse phone number search and also a reverse address search that works well. I have used it and have gotten everything I needed. Try that! Hope I helped!
