How to import address book from Yahoo mail to Mac?

How to Import my address book into Mac mail and export from Yahoo?

• I exported the data going into Yahoo, pressed export Yahoo .csv and it saved it in my HD. Now I am trying to import it to my Mac mail. Is this the way to do it? thanks,
